Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, you must notify us by email within seven days of receiving your item. The item must be safely returned to us within 14 calendar days of placing your order via Royal Mail Special Delivery, courier or if you reside outside the UK by FedEx.

Bloomfield Ink cannot be held responsible for items returned any other way.

All return delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please package the item safely and return it in its original presentation packaging.

If the item is damaged on arrival we shall be unable to refund you, only products returned in perfect condition with its packaging will be refunded.

Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note.

If all the above conditions are met we shall refund you within 30 working days.
